Nici macar cei batuti de soarta nu scapa de dorinta autoritatilor de a aduna cat mai multi bani la bugetul local. Persoanele care beneficiaza de ajutor social si mamele care primesc indemnizatie de crestere a copilului risca sa ramana fara bani daca se descopera ca au datorii la bugetul local oamenii ramana fara bani. Administratia Social Comunitara Oradea a intocmit listele cu beneficiarii acestor drepturi pentru ca primaria sa-i verifice daca au restante la impozite.
