Pe langa problemele de sanatate, pensionarii cu dizabilitati mai primesc o lovitura: din ce in ce mai putini sunt scutiti de plata impozitelor. Modificarea din toamna a legii si exigenta comisiei de incadrare in gradul de handicap sunt de vina, spun pensionarii. Asa se face ca din cele 18 mii de persoane varstnice cu handicap Bihor, abia putin peste o mie indeplinesc conditiile necesare ca sa nu plateasca impozitele.
