Injurati sau acuzati ca au fortat mai multe persoane sa se declare de alta etnie, recenzorii din intreaga tara au trecut peste primele trei zile ale recensamantului populatiei si al locuintelor. O parte din ei nu a rezistat stressului si a renuntat, in timp ce altii au mers mai multi la aceeasi adresa, dupa ce au incurcat sectoarele. O situatie des intalnita a fost cea in care oamenii au refuzat sa comunice codul numeric personal.
