O luna fara apa calda in buricul orasului. Este pretul pe care-l platesc oradenii pentru ca in urmatoarele decenii sa nu mai aiba probleme cu retelele de termoficare din centru. Disconfortul nu se termina in septembrie pentru ca tot in toamna va incepe si inlocuirea retelelor de apa in zona Pietei Unirii. Lucrarile trebuie facute, spun autoritatile, pentru ca zona va fi destinata doar pietonilor si va primi un nou strat de pavaj.
