Se schimba strategia apararii in procesul de la Oradea a lui Omar Hayssam. Avocatii au invocat necesitatea aflarii adevarului despre fuga sirianului si au cerut reaudierea unor martori cheie, din mai multe tari arabe, dar si refacerea unor expertize tehnice legate de ascultarea telefoanelor celor judecati. Asa ca aparatorii au inmanat magistratilor liste intregi cu solicitari.
