Presedintele Consiliului Superior al Magistraturii evita sa comenteze cazul celor doua judecatoare de la Inalta Curte de Casatyie si Justitie, acuzate de procurorii DNA de luare de mita si trafic de influenta. Nicolae Dumbrava a venit la Oradea la congresul presedintilor de curti de apel din tara, ocazie cu care a fost abordata si marirea numarului de judecatori. Curtea de Apel Oradea este cea mai aglomerata instanta din tara; fiecare magistrat este coplesit de aproape 900 de dosare. Bihorul este pe primul loc si in ceea ce priveste activitatea de la Tribunal, unde sunt peste o mie de dosare la fiecare judecator.In fata acestei situatii magistratii au cerut suplimentare de personal de la alte instante din tara unde activitatea este mai redusa.
