Procurorii au mai pierdut o lupta in cazul sportivilor batausi, care l-au trimis direct pe masa de operatie pe un jurist din Oradea. Judecatorii Curtii de Apel au decis azi dimineata sa mentina solutia data de colegii de la Tribunal in cazul judokanului Valentin Radu. Acesta va trebui sa respecte interdictia de a nu parasi o luna localitatea, desi anchetatorii cerusera arestarea lui. Intre timp, victima judokanilor a intrat in depresie si trebuie sa invete din nou sa umble si sa articuleze corect cuvintele.
