Magistratii baimareni au decis ca principalii suspecti in cazul jafului unei masini cu bani din pasul Gutai raman dupa gratii cel putin pana in 23 august. Judecatorii Tribunalului Maramures au amanat procesul pentru a opta oara in acest an, pe motiv ca rezultatele complete ale expertizei ADN solicitata Institutului National de Medicina Legala din Bucuresti nu au sosit inca. Desi la ultima infatisare, raportul IML ii scotea de sub orice acuzatie pe cei 2 suspecti - baimareanul Ioan Ursut si italianul Massimo Loddo -, procurorul de caz a cerut atunci completarea expertizei. Satula de amanari si convinsa ca fratele sau este nevinovat, Olitia Pop, sora baimareanului cercetat in acest dosar, este decisa sa dea statul roman in judecata.
