HAYSSAM, JUDECAT IN LIPSA

Procesul lui Omar Hayssam se va derula in absenta sirianului acuzat de terorism. Decizia a fost comunicata astazi de judecatorul Curtii de Apel Oradea care se ocupa de acest caz si se bazeaza pe prevederile Micii Reforme in Justitie. Potrivit acesteia, desi Hayssam nu s-a prezentat la niciun termen, procedura se considera indeplinita in cazul in care se prezinta aparatorul ales al persoanei citate. "Sunt curios ce se va intampla cand vom cere audierea clientului meu, aflat in inchisoare in Siria", a reactionat avocatul lui Hayssam.
