O PRIMA VICTORIE

Liviu Florian si Ion Savu, oamenii de afaceri din Cluj care au fost retinuti in dosarul mitei de la vama Halmeu au obtinut o prima victorie in tentativa de a redeveni oameni liberi. Dupa o pledoarie de aproape o ora a avocatului celor doi, magistratii Curtii de Apel Oradea au admis recursul lui Florian si Savu si au decis ca Tribunalul din Satu-Mare sa le rejudece cererea de punere in libertate.
