SUPRASOLICITARE IN JUSTITIE

Peste o mie de dosare a avut de solutionat pe parcursul anului trecut un judecator de la Tribunalul Bihor. La Curtea de Apel Oradea, numarul dosarelor care i-a revenit fiecarui magistrat a depasit 300. Asta in conditiile in care judecatorii de la cele doua instante aproape ca pot fi numarati pe degete in comparatie cu numarul mare de cauze pe care trebuie sa le rezolve. Prezent la Oradea Adrian Neacsu, membru in Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii, a promis sprijin prin transferul unor judecatori de la alte instante.
