Are aproape 80 de ani, iar 18 dintre ei si i-a petrecut prin tribunale. Il cunosc judecatorii si avocatii si, chiar daca nu are pregatire de specialitate, stie legile pe din afara si vorbeste ca un adevarat cunoscator. Cu zeci de procese la activ, un maramuresean este, de doi ani incoace, propriul sau avocat. Se lupta pentru 2 hectare de pamant, mostenire de la parinti, la care nu vrea sa renunte nicicum.
