Un judecator de la o instanta din Bihor are toate sansele sa devina membru in Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii. Candidatura vicepresedintelui Judecatoriei din Oradea, Cristi Danilet, a fost validata astazi de plenul institutiei care are rolul de a garanta independenta justitiei. Alegerile pentru cele 19 locuri in noul Consiliu Superior al Magistratutii vor avea loc pe 1 noiembrie, si cel tarziu la mijlocul lunii se va cunoaste noua componenta a organismului. Alaturi de alti doi candidati, Danilet concureaza pentru unul dintre cele doua locuri alocate judecatorilor in cadrul CSM.
