Sute de scoli si gradinite din Bihor si- au deschis portile in noul an de invatamant fara sa aiba autorizatie de functionare. "Nu indeplinesc macar una din conditiile minime de autorizare", le-au transmis inspectorii sanitari. Exista insa si exceptii. La scoala cu clasele I- VIII din Hidiselul de Sus in urma controalelor DSP nu au aparut lipsuri. Asta pana cand autoritatile au luat decizia sistarii apei. Acum copii nu se pot spala pe maini iar toaletele nu pot fi folosite.
