Toalete care pur si simplu nu exista, robinete la care apa a curs cu multa vreme in urma si sali insalubre, cu banci de pe vremea bunicilor. Asta vor gasi elevii din mai multe scoli din Oradea cand vor iesi de sub florile tinute de colegii mai mari si vor intra in clase. Cu cateva zile inainte de inceperea anului de invatamant, sute de scoli si gradinite din Bihor nu au autorizatie din partea autoritatilor sanitare.
