Scumpirea gigacaloriei si frigul de afara umplu cu datornici tabelele de la parterul blocurilor. Unii au restante acumulate doar pe o singura luna, in timp ce altii le aduna constiinciosi de unu sau chiar doi ani. Sefii de asociatii au constatat ca numarul datornicilor se mentine la acelasi nivel ca anul trecut. In schimb, sumele datorate si-au dublat valoarea, iar acesta este doar inceputul. Ianuarie va ingrosa si mai mult listele cu restantieri.
