Procurorii anticoruptie au luat in vizor Primaria din Baia Mare. 11 contracte incheiate intre 2008 si 2011 de autoritatile din resedinta Maramuresului vor ajunge, zilele acestea, pe masa anchetatorilor DNA. Potrivit primarului de Baia Mare, Catalin Chereches, cele 11 contracte incalca prevederile legale. Chiar daca a refuzat momentan sa le divulge continutul, edilul a declarat ca 8 dintre ele au fost atribuite fara licitatie publica, asa cum prevede legea, iar alte 3 contracte au incalcat dispozitiile imperative ale legislatiei. Problemele au iesit la iveala in urma auditului facut la finalul anului trecut.
