Birocratia tine in cutii 700 de mii de euro, care nu pot fi folositi in folosul bolnavilor din Bihor. Pentru ca avizul Comisiei pentru Controlul Activitatii Nucleare intarzie sa vina, instrumentele medicale cumparate cu acesti bani de catre Spitalul Judetean din Oradea nu pot fi puse in functiune. Printre ele, se gasesc patru aparate care pot trimite analizele unui spital din Debretin, ca medicii din cele doua tari sa se poata consulta in privinta unui diagnostic sau tratament.
