Peste 6 mii de masini au spus adio in acest an drumurilor din Bihor. Toate au mai mult de 10 ani si au fost scoase definitiv din circulatie prin programul Rabla. Voucherele primite in schimbul lor au fost folosite pentru cumpararea unor masini noi. Au ramas, insa, cateva sute care trebuie in aceasta luna, cand se incheie editia din 2011 a programului de innoire a parcului auto.
