2012 va aduce o explozie a unor taxe percepute de autoritatile oradene. Cea mai mare crestere - de peste 30 de ori - o va inregistra taxa de obtinere a avizului pentru desfacerea pavajului in cazul lucrarilor de extindere si modernizare a retelelor: de la 60 de lei, aceasta va ajunge la nu mai putin de 2 mii de lei pe kilometru. In schimb, impozitele pe terenuri intravilane si cladiri vor ramane neschimbate.
