Ca sa stranga banii datorati statului de catre datornici, finantistii au fost nevoiti sa caute tot felul de metode. Au pus popriri pe conturi, au decis executarea silita a unor contribuabili, au propus aplicarea unor taxe noi si au sacos la vanzare bunurile debitorilor. Doar ca in multe cazuri, datornicii nu aveau niciun ban, asa ca "de unde nu e, nu ai ce recupera", si- au spus finantistii. Totusi, statisticile arata ca in 2010 - an de criza - la bugetul general al judetului au intrat venituri mai mari cu 6% fata de 2009.
