Turbine eoliene si panouri solare. Suna de parca am vorbi despre filme stiintifico- fantastice. Asa poate arata insa viitorul foarte apropiat in 10 comune bihorene. Autoritatile locale au pariat pe "fortele naturii", pentru ca sunt gratis si ieftine. Unde mai pui ca turbinele eoliene sau panourile foto-voltaice ar putea aduce si ceva bani la micul buget al localitatii. Trebuie doar sa le construiasca.
