A venit vremea platii pentru confortul dat de modernele tramvaie Siemens. Cumparate in 2008, garniturile urca acum gradul de indatorare al Oradei la 22%, cel mai inalt din ultimii cinci ani. In 2012 orasul incepe sa plateasca ratele la creditul de peste 26 de milioane de lei luat pentru achizitionarea tramvaielor. Specialistii spun ca varful datoriilor va fi atins anul viitor, cand va depasi 24 de procente.
