Zece milioane de euro, transformate intr-un drum de peste trei kilometri, cu mai multe pasaje supraterane, ar putea aerisi circulatia din centrul Oradei in urmatorii trei ani. Este planul deja pus pe hartie de autoritatile locale pentru soseaua expres care va face legatura intre oras si zonele de deal. Cea mai mare parte a drumului va fi construita de la zero, in timp ce in proiect este cuprinsa si controvbersata portiune de pe strada Ecaterina Teodoroiu.
