Detinutii din penitenciarul Oradea vor fi raspunzatori de curatenia malurilor Crisului Repede, a celei de pe marginea drumurilor si la intrarile in oras. 20 de condamnati vor face luna si bec mii de metri patrati de zone greu accesibile, care nu se afla pe traseul firmei care raspunde de curatenia Oradei.
