In timp ce mii de medici si asistente din Romania aleg sa plece din tara in cautarea unui loc de munca mai bine platit, noul manager al Spitalului Judetean din Oradea are in plan sa-i atraga pe rezidenti in cea munai mare unitate medicala din judet. Pentru asta le va oferi spatii de scazare in cladirea actualei policlinici. Tot in Oradea se vor putea trata si pacientii cu boli de inima, care vor avea la dispozitie centrul Viva Anima, o alta prioritate a managerului Gheorghe Carp.
