Lovitura de teatru la Primaria din Oradea. Viceprimarul Gheorghe Carp a renuntat la functia de conducere din administratia locala pentru cea de manager interimar al spitalului judetean. Medic de profesie, Carp i-a urmat la sefia celei mai mari unitati medicale din Bihor lui Gavrila Grebenisan, al carui mandat a expirat azi. El va conduce spitalul pana in februarie, cand se va organiza un concurs pentru numirea definitiva a unui manager.
