Functionarii Consiliului Judetean Bihor risca sa inceapa anul viitor fara nici un leu din salarii. Dupa ce din octombrie li s-a taiat o treime din salarii, din 1 februarie 2012 angajatii administratiei judetene vor duce acasa si mai putini bani sau chiar deloc. Angajatii trebuie sa returneze sporul de dispozitiv acordat timp de doi ani, iar sefii au fost de acord sa le lase un ragaz pana dupa sarbatori.
