Oradenii nu se inghesuie sa-si asigure casele si apartamentele impotriva dezastrelor. Din cele 80 de mii de locuinte cat are Oradea, doar sapte mii figureaza in evidentele autoritatilor cu politele incheiate. Primaria nu a trecut inca la sanctionarea celor care nu respecta legea si nici nu are de gand sa trimita peste 70 de mii de somatii din cauza cheltuielilor prea mari. Amenzile pentru cei care nu si- au asigurat locuintele se situeaza intre 100 si 500 de lei.
